Frank Olivieri Jr., owner of Pat's King of Steaks, and spokesperson for Dominoes pizza's Philly cheese steak pizzas, has been long renowned for his companies world famous cheaksteaks. Olivieri hopes to take on a new role, that of gourmet chef. Philly.com reports that Olvieri is now enrolled in the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College. His goal? To be a gourmet chef and master of organic and sustainable foods. Philly.com reports that Olilvieri has been interested in the organic and sustainable foods industry for years, and hopes to serve it professionally. 

One can only wonder what is next for Oliviery. Pat's King of organic Steakhouses? Pats King of Seafood? Pat's King of Hummus, Tabouli and Pita Bread?
